Web Policy Terms & Conditions:

General Lumber is not responsible for any errors or omissions in specifications, sizes and light cuts unless agreed upon by General Lumber and Purchaser and stated in the contract specifications, sizes, and light cut for the project unless specified herein to be verified by purchaser and/or homeowner. Purchaser and/or homeowner will also be required to sign off on all specifications, sizes, and/or light cuts. No order can be placed without proper sign offs. General Lumber cannot be responsible for any Rough Opening which might have been altered after order was placed.

General Lumber is not responsible for any damage, expense, liability, loss, or personal injury.

Special Order Agreement: The material purchased is Special Order merchandise that cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or wholesaler. (See Return Policy below.) Therefore, it is important that all the information listed on this invoice/quote is completely accurate as to the dimensions, color, specification and or delivery of material. Please review carefully and make sure, everything is accurate as shown. All special orders must be picked up or shipped within 30 days or customer deposit will be forfeited and/or a storage fee will be charged of $25 per day. Customer will be held responsible for balance of monies due.
Our Return Policy: Permission must be obtained to return materials. Original invoice number and date must be furnished before any returns can be authorized. Credit will be allowed at the invoice price, less 30% handling charge. If material is a stock item and is returned in the same condition as in which it was delivered and within 14 days from the original delivery date. NON-STOCK SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. CUSTOM SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS.

Delivery Rates and Times: Customer will be contacted to arrange delivery and delivery charges are based on location of delivery.
Taxes: Taxes are determined by location.

General Delivery Policies : General Lumber Company, Inc. expects to deliver your order in good condition and will work to ensure you are satisfied if there is a problem. Curb Side Delivery ONLY. Customer must provide manpower to take product from tail gate of truck.

Payments: Online payments can be made by you with a credit card only. A 2% credit card processing fee will apply.

Acceptable Payment: Your own Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery. Debit card that can be used a charge card will be accepted. General Lumber Company, Inc. website has information encryption capabilities that offer reliable protections from unauthorized access and provide cardholders with the safest way to process a payment. Email is a non-secure way for transmitting information and should not be used to transmit card account numbers or other sensitive information.

Privacy: General Lumber Company, Inc is committed to your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All special-order items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacture or wholesaler. There are no refunds on special order items.
